Sharer is a brand new sharing system about SOHO living. It is not only composed of buildings with different themes of vertical villas, but also includes practical operation, management and online information interaction of various network platforms. Sharer is both inclusive and life-like; not only can it inherit the spirit of Japanese metabolism school and British Archigram school 1940s, it also integrates the sharing concept of the current society and applies assembly technology.

Furthermore, it provides short-term high-quality working and living environment for young people who have just graduated from colleges or are struggling in the city, such as IT practitioners, programmers, designers, entrepreneurs and etc. These selected people can enjoy the SOHO treatment beyond villas at the cost of ordinary rent. These residents call them Sharers.The single building includes the bottom three commercial sharing floors, public office floors and several vertical villas with different themes. According to people’s preferences, the building is temporarily divided into three themes: ecology, sports and leisure, which can be developed continuously in the future. 

You can book your stay through the APP – “Sharer”. When your residence time and reputation accumulate to a certain value, you will be free to build a new residence in the same period of time every year. Sharer will first conduct experiments in Shenzhen, and it is estimated that 30 additional buildings will be built in first-tier and second-tier cities in 2025.
